Do you qualify for an Empty Home Grant?
If your property has been empty for some months and needs refurbishment, you may qualify for an Empty Dwellings Initiative (EDI) Grant, funded by The Government's Empty Homes Agency.

Under the Grant, we can:
• Help you return your empty property to use
• Offer you a Council grant of up to £20,000 per property towards
refurbishment costs. This grant does not have to be repaid
• Offer you guaranteed rent
