SBHA and Bush Homes development news

SBHA, along with Bush Homes, is rapidly creating new accommodation, with almost 400 homes currently being built.

The properties will all be for new or transferring SBHA tenants to rent, or for sale by Bush Homes. Our three main developments incorporate houses and flats, space for shops, and a community centre.

Here's more information on the developments, with an estimated total value in excess of £125 million:

Central West

A disused Ealing office block is being transformed into 69 one to three-bedroom affordable shared ownership flats.

The homes, due for completion in April, are situated just a stone's throw from Greenford High Street.

Townmead Estate

This 158-home development is a partnership between SBHA and the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.

Perotti House and four blocks of Coomber House are being redeveloped to provide homes for housing association tenants and shared ownership purchasers.

Some properties will be available in February, with completion of the entire scheme by April 2007. The initiative also incorporates wheelchair-friendly properties.

Swainson Road

This scheme will incorporate 41 one to three-bedroom shared ownership and outright sale flats and 129 Live Work units, plus new commercial premises.

Flats will be available in late 2007. Live Work units will be ready in early 2008.
