Annual Tenants' Conference
Each year Shepherds Bush Housing Association holds a conference for
its tenants to report on what the Association has been doing in the
last year and to get an idea of what tenants want to see in
SBHA.
The tenants' conference is an important method for us to get
feedback on how we are performing and it is also a great way of
giving tenants more information about SBHA. The conference usually
has workshops covering various topics, such as anti-social
behaviour, transfers and maintenance programmes.
However, as well as the workshops, we give the tenants real power
by either holding a voting session or carrying out a survey so
tenants can to tell us what we are doing right and what we are
doing wrong
Last year we tried something new and held a tenants fun day at
Burlington Danes school in July. For more details about the day you
can
read the
news story on the funday.
Information about any future events for tenants will be in the
news section of this site as well as News and
Views our quarterly tenants' newsletter.
