Customer Services Team

The Customer Services Team is part of Tenant Services based at Craft Court, our office in Hammersmith you can contact us on telephone 020 8222 7300.

Our dedicated team includes seven Customer Service Officers and a Customer Service Manager manages the team.

We are available: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm.

Our aim is to provide a quality service to tenants and stakeholders who visit or telephone Craft Court.

All callers can expect the Customer Services Team to deal with their initial question and, when possible, resolve the enquiry to the caller's satisfaction.

What can we help you with?
• Customer Services will advise tenants on day to day housing management
issues.
• Give useful information regarding outside agencies
• Send out rent statements and order rent swipe cards.
• Issue parking permits for estates only.
• Make appointments with the correct officer if needed.
• Help fill in Housing Benefit forms
• Refer tenants to other officers when needed.

In complex cases the Customer Services Team may need to pass the caller to the appropriate member of staff for further investigation.
