Housing Services

The Housing Services team is based at our Essex Place Square office in Chiswick, in the borough of Hounslow. We manage almost 5000 properties from this office, including leasehold, general needs, temporary accommodation and supported living spaces, with over 2100 of these located in the borough of Hammersmith & Fulham.

The team is structured into functional areas: Customer Services, Income, Neighbourhood, Allocations and Tenancy Support. The first point of contact is through the Customer Services team who will deal with all enquiries and refer more complex work on rent arrears, neighbour nuisance and tenancy matters to the appropriate teams.

We have a range of secure and assured tenants. A large percentage of our tenants are in employment, but there are a significant number that are long-term unemployed. We have a range of tenants with different needs: mental health, elderly, lone parents, drugs and alcohol, disabled and care leavers.
